CORONAVIRUS (COVID – 19)
We appreciate that you may still require legal advice during this time and have put in place business continuity procedures to ensure clients receive the service they expect from us, as seamlessly as possible.
We have always provided a local and personalised service to our clients, and in these difficult times, we wish to make access to these services as easy as possible for you. We are continuing to offer our full range of legal and property services but are now offering all existing and new clients the opportunity of speaking with our Solicitors by way of telephone or Skype appointments, rather than face to face meetings in the office.
If you feel your particular issue cannot be resolved by a telephone appointment, and you do require to visit our offices, then please telephone us to arrange an appointment. You will be asked if you have displayed any symptoms of Coronavirus, or returned from a holiday abroad, in the last 14 days. This is to ensure that we can maintain a safe environment for our staff and clients. If you have displayed any such symptoms then it would not possible to meet with you but you would be offered alternative method of communication.
Our systems can be accessed remotely and, if required, some members of staff will be able to work from home. This will hopefully ensure we can keep business disruption for our clients to a minimum.
Staff and client safety remains our top priority and we will endeavour to provide you with our usual high standard of service. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to telephone us.
Stay safe and look after each other.
